About me

I'm Aman and I'm a

I am a first-generation college student majoring in Computer Science at Fisk University. Seeing how the growing tech industry has revolutionailzed the traditional working world into digitalized world and its impact on people's lives has always fascinated me. Besides tech, I'm also passionate about being a educator and empassing what I learn. I'm also quite interested in reading articles and books related to documentaries, politics and science For fun, I love to watch movies (thriller, action, suspense), play video games(Battle Royals). Besides that, during my free time, I mentor students who aspire to continue their education in the United states by providing them with all the necessary guidance including one on one zoom meetings, necessary materials to prepare for language tests, etc.

Worked as a full stack developer to create an internal admin tool called Payout Bulk Action which aims to help in updating payout statuses, correcting large datasets, and regenerating payouts.

Google, Inc-Tech Exchange Scholar

Selected from a competitive pool of applicants to participate in Google Tech Exchange program – 2022 to explore cutting edge technologies in Software Engineering, Product Management and UX careers with Google engineers.

Assisted software engineer at Google to teach Intro to Computer Science – I (Python) course to 105+ students at Fisk University.

College Search Guide

Worked as a lead front-end developer to create a dynamic website that helps international students applying to the United States by providing all the relevant information.

Club Management System

Created a GUI based Java Application that stores all the details of the clubs, allows user to add, remove, show club budget, and sort the information based on the first name, established year, and club's annual budget.

Heart Disease Prediction - Machine Learning

Visualized and filtered the dataset to implement several machine learning algorithms to predict whether the person has heart disease or not based on the data provided.

Simplified Search Engine

Created a simplified Search Engine using python which accepted the user’s keyword in the database and returned the relevant articles.

Task Tracker App

Developed a dynamic task tracking application using React where users can add tasks, delete tasks, or set reminders to their tasks.

BlackJack Game

Developed Blackjack game and implemented intergration tests, where user can play against the computer following conventional rules.
